Michele Bayley, MPH

Michele Bayley, MPH, is a leader in her field. She held senior-level positions in the public and nonprofit sectors for over 25 years, spearheading innovative programs and advocating for policies to promote health equity. She holds a Master of Public Health degree from the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy, and specializes in women’s health and sexual and reproductive health.  

As a professional with extensive experience serving diverse groups, Michele has been guided by a commitment to understand the experiences and perspectives of those she serves and to deliver programs that are evidence-based, engaging, and relevant. In her most recent senior management position, she was the Associate Vice President of Education and Training at Planned Parenthood of New York City. In that role she oversaw a portfolio of sexual and reproductive health education programs for teens, parents, adults, professionals, immigrant women, and families, reaching over 19,000 New Yorkers annually.

In 2018, Michele joined the faculty of Hofstra University, Department of Health Professions, as an adjunct professor, and in 2019 - 2020 she served as a Special Assistant Professor.
